Please choose the more expensive Express shipping at checkout if you want to receive within 1-3 workdays in EU.

Express: UPS
Based on your location shipping service provider may be changed. (GLS etc.)
*PostNL currently provides Tracking ID 1-2 workdays after shipping has started, we will update your Tracking ID when we receive. In other cases Tracking ID is usually provided at dispatching.

Dispatch time:
We aim to dispatch within 1 day. Or 1 day dispatch success rate is over 90%.
Delivery time:
Estimated Delivery Times (Dependent on time purchased and shipping option chosen)
Economy/Standard: 4-9 workdays (UK, DE, FR usually 4-5 workdays)
Express: 1-3 workdays. Our favourite is UPS Express Saver, average delivery time to Europe (UK, EU Mainland, Wester EU etc): 1 to 3 Working Days
2 to 4 workdays for other areas

Warranty
All of our products carry a 30 days RTB warranty (unless stated otherwise).
A majority of our products are second user and will show normal signs of use – any excessive signs of use will be clearly stated in the listing. Our images are nearly always of the actual item you are buying – however with listings with more than one item this can not be guaranteed.
Items such as motherboards may have BIOS passwords or BIOS was not reset to defaults – these are easily re-set by either removing the CMOS battery for 30 mins or using the jumpers on the motherboard. We are unable to guarantee the holding charge for items with intergrated / add on batteries ie RAID / DRAC Cards etc.
Some items that are for sale may come with auxiliaries, this will be clearly said in the listing. For clarification purposes – if it is not detailed in the listing or gallery image please presume it does not come with them, ie drivers, cables manuals etc
